Free software projects connected to OpenFlow

In the following you will find some open source projects that we will use inside the OpenFlow Project, or that are anyway connected to OpenFlow itself and can provide an useful reference.

It is our objective to minimize the new code to be written, reusing as much as possible from the existing projects.

Zope	An environment for the development of internet/intranet applications. Zope will be our glue to tie together the different components of OpenFlow.
ApacheSSL	The Apache Web server plus the SSL extensions for the management of secure connections.
OpenLDAP	A project for the design of an open source directory server. OpenLDAP is the repository for the authentication information of the users of OpenFlow.
OpenCA	An italian initative for the creation of a certification autority based on open-source software.
Gist	An EU initiative for the development of a toolkit for the management of Information Servers.
M.U.S.C.L.E.	The integration of smartcards in the Linux environment. Even if this project is not directly connected to OpenFlow, we believe that interacting with MUSCLE could be a plus for our project.
